Prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice. All prices contained herein are full retail in Australian dollars and include GST.

Freight is charged at cost.

Returns

Prior approval for all or any returns must be sought. The reason for returning must be put in writing and included with returns. A service fee of 20% will automatically apply after 7 days subject to condition of goods. Claims for incorrectly supplied or short supplied consignments must be made within seven days.

All goods supplied are subject to guarantee of quality and will be replaced if defective in manufacture or if not performing according to expectation.

This guarantee stands for a minimum of 12 months, except for lacquered goods, where this is no guarantee (as deterioration is considered a normal process).

The main cause of problems in our industry is improper installation. We are always available to advise on installation, discuss pitfalls and how to achieve a perfect result. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by neglect, mishandling or improper installation.
